Welcome to influ.market. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

01 Platform Description

influ.market is an online marketplace that connects brands ("Brands") with content creators ("Creators") for the purpose of influencer marketing collaborations. The platform facilitates campaign creation, creator discovery, direct messaging, contract-free collaboration agreements, escrow-secured payments, and content delivery tracking.

influ.market acts solely as an intermediary and is not a party to any collaboration agreement between a Brand and a Creator. We do not guarantee the quality, timeliness, or outcome of any collaboration.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To use influ.market, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction);
  • Provide accurate, complete, and current registration information;
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials;
  • Not create accounts on behalf of another person without authorization.

Creators must have a minimum of 5,000 real followers on at least one supported social media platform (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or X/Twitter) to be approved on the platform. All Creator accounts are reviewed for authenticity before activation.

Platform Discretion: influ.market reserves the right to reject, suspend, or permanently remove any Creator account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to accounts with artificially inflated follower counts, engagement rate manipulation, purchased followers or interactions, content that does not meet platform quality standards, or any behaviour inconsistent with authentic creator activity. Meeting the minimum follower threshold does not guarantee account approval or continued access to the platform.

03 User Roles

influ.market supports two primary user roles:

  • Brand: A company or individual that creates campaigns, discovers creators, funds collaborations, and approves delivered content.
  • Creator: A content creator who connects their social media accounts, applies to or receives campaign invitations, delivers content, and receives payment through the platform wallet.

Each user may only register under one role per account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent platform rules is prohibited.

04 Campaigns & Collaborations

Brands may create two types of campaigns on influ.market:

  • Paid Campaigns: The Brand sets a cash budget for the collaboration. The Creator receives monetary compensation upon content approval.
  • Gifted / Barter Campaigns: The Brand provides a product or service to the Creator in exchange for content. No cash payment is involved.

All collaboration terms — including deliverables, deadlines, and compensation — must be agreed upon through the platform's messaging system before work begins. influ.market is not responsible for verbal or off-platform agreements.

Brands and Creators are prohibited from sharing personal contact information (email, phone, social handles) during active campaigns. All communication must occur within the platform.

05 Escrow Payment System

All paid collaborations on influ.market are processed through a built-in escrow system designed to protect both parties:

  • When a Brand funds a paid campaign, the agreed amount is held in escrow and is not released to the Creator until the Brand approves the submitted content.
  • Once the Creator submits their deliverable, the Brand has 72 hours to review and either approve or raise a dispute.
  • If the Brand does not respond within 72 hours, the payment is automatically approved and released to the Creator's wallet.
  • Funds held in escrow cannot be withdrawn by the Brand once a Creator has been assigned and work has commenced.
Escrow protection applies only to transactions processed through influ.market. Payments made outside the platform are not covered by our escrow or dispute systems.

06 Platform Fees

influ.market charges fees for facilitating collaborations. Current fees are available in your account dashboard and disclosed before each transaction. Fees are subject to change with prior notice communicated via email or in-platform notification.

General principles of our fee model:

  • There are no monthly subscription fees for Brands or Creators.
  • Brands pay a platform fee on successful paid collaborations, calculated as a percentage of the agreed collaboration budget, added on top of the Creator's fee.
  • Creators pay a platform fee deducted automatically from their earnings before funds are credited to their wallet.
  • Gifted campaigns are subject to a flat platform fee per campaign (see Section 7).
  • All fees are clearly disclosed before any payment is processed.

By completing a transaction on influ.market, you agree to the applicable fees in effect at the time of the transaction.

07 Gifted Collaborations

Gifted and barter collaborations allow Brands to provide a product or service to Creators in exchange for content, without cash payment. The following conditions apply:

  • Brands pay a flat platform fee per gifted campaign, which covers platform facilitation, messaging, and content approval tools.
  • Gifted campaign packages are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • The Creator is under no obligation to post positive content — only to post content as agreed in the campaign brief.
  • Delivery costs (if applicable) and fulfilment of the offered product or service are the sole responsibility of the Brand.
  • influ.market is not responsible for lost, damaged, undelivered, or inaccessible products or services.
  • Gifted campaigns are not covered by the escrow system. The flat fee is non-refundable once a Creator has accepted the collaboration.

08 Creator Wallet & Payouts

Creators on influ.market receive earnings through a built-in digital wallet:

  • Approved collaboration payments are credited to the Creator's influ.market wallet after the platform fee is deducted.
  • Creators may request a payout to their registered bank account or PayPal at any time from their wallet dashboard.
  • Payout processing times may vary depending on the payment method and jurisdiction.
  • influ.market reserves the right to withhold payouts pending identity verification or dispute resolution.
  • Creators are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on their earnings.

09 Dispute Resolution

If a Brand is not satisfied with submitted content, they may raise a dispute instead of approving the deliverable. The dispute process works as follows:

  • A dispute must be raised within the 72-hour review window after content submission.
  • Once a dispute is raised, funds remain in escrow and are frozen until resolution.
  • The influ.market team will review the campaign brief, submitted content, and communication history to mediate the dispute.
  • A resolution will be issued within a reasonable timeframe. The decision of influ.market is final.
  • Abuse of the dispute system (e.g., repeated bad-faith disputes) may result in account suspension.
Disputes can only be raised for paid campaigns processed through the escrow system. Gifted campaigns and off-platform agreements are not eligible for dispute mediation.

10 Social Media Account Connections

Creators may connect their social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X/Twitter) to their influ.market profile. By connecting an account, you authorize influ.market to:

  • Access your public profile information (name, username, profile picture, follower count);
  • Fetch publicly available performance metrics (engagement rate, top-performing media);
  • Display this information to Brands on the platform for discovery purposes.

influ.market operates in a read-only capacity. We do not post content, send messages, follow or unfollow accounts, or perform any actions on your behalf on any social media platform.

All social media connections are made through the official OAuth authorization process of the respective platform. You may disconnect your accounts at any time from your profile settings. Disconnecting an account will remove your associated metrics from your public profile.

By connecting a social media account, you confirm that you are the legitimate owner of that account and that you comply with the terms of service of the respective platform (e.g., Instagram Platform Policy, TikTok Developer Terms, YouTube API Services Terms of Service).

11 Prohibited Conduct

Users of influ.market agree not to:

  • Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or in campaigns;
  • Artificially inflate follower counts, engagement metrics, or other social media statistics;
  • Attempt to conduct transactions or communicate with other users outside the platform to circumvent fees;
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users through the messaging system;
  • Use the platform to promote illegal products, services, or content;
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract data from the platform;
  • Create multiple accounts to evade suspensions or platform restrictions;
  • Misuse the dispute system in bad faith.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban, forfeiture of wallet balances, and legal action where applicable.

12 Intellectual Property

Content created by Creators as part of a collaboration remains the intellectual property of the Creator unless otherwise agreed in writing between the Brand and Creator. influ.market does not claim ownership of any content created through the platform.

Brands receive a license to use the delivered content as agreed in the campaign brief. Any usage rights beyond the agreed scope must be negotiated directly between the Brand and Creator.

The influ.market name, logo, and platform design are the exclusive property of influ.market and may not be used without written permission.

13 Privacy & Data

Your use of influ.market is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We take the security of your data seriously and implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect it. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

14 Limitation of Liability

influ.market is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the platform;
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform;
  • We are not responsible for the actions, content, or conduct of any Brand or Creator on the platform;
  • Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to influ.market in the 12 months preceding the claim.

15 Termination

influ.market reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if the account:

  • Violates these Terms of Service or applicable laws;
  • Has artificially inflated follower counts, purchased engagement, or uses bots or automation tools;
  • Misrepresents identity, reach, or content performance metrics;
  • Engages in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behaviour;
  • Has been inactive for an extended period.

Users may close their account at any time by contacting support. Upon account closure, any pending wallet balance will be paid out subject to minimum payout thresholds and identity verification requirements. Funds involved in active disputes will be held until resolution.

16 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered users via email or an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will display a new "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Continued use of influ.market after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
